How do you guys manage remote users' machines? I have many users that use laptops out of their cars, or desktops out of their homes, etc. that rarely, if ever actually connect to the network by wire. They'll access their e-mail through the web, and for some, that's as much contact as they have. How do you manage that type of system? Ensure security updates, AV updates, etc? Is it even possible, realistically?
