You need some software that can decode Blu-Ray discs. Windows has a DVD decoder built-in now for encrypted DVDs (i.e. commercial releases - not the DVDs you burn yourself) - but doesn't ship with a Blu-Ray decoder. Most Blu-Ray drives should come with some software. Launch the software and then try to open the "drive" if double-clicking in Explorer doesn't work.
