    Requiring you to browse the web as a system privileged user is
akin to requiring you to use a power saw with all the safety guards
removed.  It verges on criminal negligence.

  Chances are, you don't really need system privilege to browse their
websites.  I get told similar things by clueless support techs
occasionally.  Probably half the time it runs just fine without any
special action.  The rest of the time, someone has to login once as an
admin, to install the needed plugins/controls/etc.  After that, it
works fine for everyone.

  If their website really won't work without system privilege, find
another vendor and fire FNIS as soon as possible.
