I don't have one I really like at this point.

We have a couple of mid-sized Konica machines, purchased c. 2002.
Mechanically, they seem to be quality machines. The user interface is
pretty bad, but that seems to be typical of copiers, I'm afraid.
Servicing them is a pain -- hundreds of screws. Konica does not
believe in "tooless design", apparently. Not my problem, since
they're under service contract. The manuals stink -- broken English,
lack of detail on some things, unexplained technical jargon in other
places. All in all, I'm not overly impressed, but I've also used much
worse. Our local vendor is pretty good, and right next door, so
response time is great. Having a good vendor is worth a *lot*.

I played around with the current generation Xerox model briefly, a
few months ago. I was impressed by the quality of design, ease of
service, and very nice UI. For example, if there's a malfunction, it
actually explains what "Code 42-269" or whatever means in English.
Management decided they didn't want to buy a new copier yet, though,
so I haven't had real experience with them.

Currently testing a Lexmark X464 unit, which is the "printer on
steroids" variety, not the "copier than prints and scans" variety. It
should be suitable for a small workgroup. So far seems pretty good.
Has a ton of features. And it seems like most of them even work.
