We have about 35 GX520 Small Form Factor computers here. Out of those we have had 2 motherboards replaced, but the biggest problem has been the fan in the power supply - I think we are up to about a dozen of them gone bad so far. Since they are all out of warranty now, we're just replacing the fans as they go bad.

We have had roughly 30% motherboard failure rate. Wondering what you guys recommend? I tried to just put an extra NIC that we have lying around in the system, but discovered that it's too tall. :-( Any favorite brand? Unfortunately, may favorite place (NewEgg) only carries a handful of low-profile NICs and none of them are "name brand." :-( Confidentiality Notice: ---------------------------------- This communication, including any attachments, may contain confidential information and is intended only for the individual or entity to whom it is addressed.
