I would like to confess, however, that our Netgear WAP failed to provide a connection to one of our Mac users. I have reset it via the web GUI. If he still can't connect, I'll do a hard reset (pull the power cord). If he still can't connect, well, thanks John for the "heads up" on Netgear.
