Yes, for some values of "deleted". More accurately, it contains the files "dragged to the Recycle Bin" in Windows Explorer, or otherwise moved there through equivalent menu commands, keyboard shortcuts, API calls, etc. Not all "delete" commands use the recycle bin, though. > I have multiple "Recycle Bins" under this folder Every user gets their own "Recycle Bin" folder, for security reasons.
