  Oh, I didn't realize you were already using UNC paths.  Truth be
told, it's been long enough since I messed with NetWare that I wasn't
even sure you could.

  Okay, so, I guess the question is, is it a credentials problem or
something else?  Perhaps the NetWare client isn't "remembering" the
credentials the same way it used to, so when the Scheduled Task runs,
you get the popup window asking for credentials.

  Check the Novel docs, and/or poke around in the NetWare client
options, for anything to do with remembering
credentials/passwords/connections/etc.
