HI All,

We are having sporadic problems with mostly XP clients connecting to a Samba
share (RHEL5.4, with samba-3.0.33-3.14.el5.)
Basically, automated builders connect to the samba share (on a VOB server), the
samba share connects to the AD password server to authenticate.

On the Samba server log file we are seeing the following errors:
DC - Windows 2003 Std Sp2

check_sam_security<http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/>: Couldn't find user '
AD_USERNAME ' in passdb.

Running DCDIAG and NETDIAG show no errors and there is nothing in the security
log to indicate any proble,.
Any thoughts?
