Why?  Did you advise the exec to get the netbook?  If you didn't, the
support call is the price you pay when introducing nonstandard equipment and
software into the enterprise.  If you did, the support call is the price you
pay when introducing nonstandard equipment to the enterprise.  The only
difference becomes one of blame or lack of forethought.  Did you forget to
check this requirement on equipment you secured for the executive or did he
just present it for you to make it work?
