Yes. I ran psexec -i -s cmd.exe to get a CMD prompt running as SYSTEM. This allows me to run the app from the prog files dir, but I still can't do anything with the other ps utils giving me this problem. They exist in the system32 folder where I copied them to long ago. With the first problem, it's almost as if the command prompt isn't running with the same privs's as the logged in user (Administrator). But even with the SYSTEM privs I'm stuck with second problem.
