I have the MotoDroid right now - getting ready to upgrade to the Incredible. I bought the MotoDroid for the hard keyboard because I never had a good experience with on screen keyboards. But I've now found I don't use the hard keyboard at all due to how well the Droid does.

I can still type much faster on the berry than the droid, and mail is a *little* easier to manage on the berry, but every thing else is so much better on the droid. If you are in a good Sprint area you will be very happy. Two of my guys moved to it from the Iphone, horrible ATT service.. They haven't stopped talking about it, and its at least three times as fast as my Moto Droid. I think I am waiting for the Scorpion on Verizon.
