Sort of. I called Tech Support and gave them that information. They had told the user they needed Java 7 or 8 (and Java is only up to 6.20. J) I spoke with Tech Support and advised them that I had the very latest version of Java and they didn't seem to think that was an issue, just that I needed to make sure that I had Java installed. Then again, the lady I spoke with in Tech Support seemed like she wasn't very knowledgeable and was working from a troubleshooting document more than anything.

I had a problem like that with CISCO; I downgraded to 6.7 (this was awhile ago) and everything worked fine. I would also check how many versions she has installed, the earlier versions did not uninstall prior versions. Good luck! I've found that if I kill the second Java process, all appears to go well from then on, but I'd rather not have to kill the Java processes. Anyone ever seen anything like this? According to the Java applet in the control panel, she's got the latest Java and we just upgraded her to IE8. Computer is running Vista Business. Thanks.
