Ahh... I have been upgrading all my users to SumatraPDF whenever I work on their computers. I may make a special effort to move our payroll lady (the one with the Dell printer) over to Sumatra and see if she's able to print PDFs. :-)

We had a similar issue several years ago, and it was all tied to the version of Adobe Reader we were using. The failure to print is on EVERY pdf, not just one, so I do not believe it is the file, and they do print fine on all other printers.
