Outbound messages?  Or outbound NDR's?  Either way, you have a serious
problem.  

If it's outbound messages, something on your network is generating them and
relaying them off Exchange.

If it's outbound NDR's, the "filter recipients who are not in the directory"
needs to be enabled.

Scenario:
 
Exchange 2003 fully Patched.  We are getting alot of .RU domains stuck in
our queue as i look at it from the Exchaqnge System Manager.  We have
recipient and sender filtering enabled but is there a way I can specifically
block the .RU sites from the Exchange System manager?
