Hi Ben,

If you save the following in a .REG file and run it, or manually add the
entry yourself, it will completely disable the Command Bar, including
getting rid of the "Favorites" gold star:

*Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00*
*
*
*[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Toolbars\Restrictions]*
*"NoCommandBar"=dword:00000001*
