This isn't actually possible. You'd need to be using SQL replication or 
something to merge the writes.

Your cluster is presently in an Active/Passive config, which  great for high 
availability but does nothing for end-user performance.

You would need to go Active/Active if you are looking to load balance and 
provide a performance increase.  Before you do that - you may want to look into 
your storage configurations to make sure your SQL storage (DB, Log, TempDB, 
etc) is optimized.

two clustered with one as the active node and the other as the inactive, is

You have to make the share a clustered resource.  Just create it in the cluster 
admin tool.
