Ewww... ok I know you said you looked at the mobo - is it possible the switch is hiding / being blocked from view by a fan shroud, heatsink, etc?

I got a document to reset the P/W, however it requires the "password override switch" to disable the ILO P/W, however, where is it? No indication under the cover, I looked at the motherboard, can't find anything.
