As we should do this with all of our vendors, I would heartily recommend that any agreements that may have been made between your company and McAfee in regard to problems caused by the 5958 DAT update be in writing before you agree to ANYTHING that would limit your ability to pursue any further action. Verbal agreements don't appear to be binding.
