The gotcha is that the functionality has been reduced in 2007 pre-SP3 and 2010 pre-SP1. There is no way to change an expired password without these latest SPs. In 2003, IISADMPWD, with all it's warts, at least let you deal with expired passwords. However it looks to be very nice in 2010 once SP1 hits.
