Then, along with shipping that laptop, the tech also charged a new computer and printer to this lady's Dell account, and shipped it to his "girlfriend" somewhere back east. Only when he contacted Tara, apologizing for charging her account, and that he'd pay her back, please don't tell his bosses, he didn't want to lose his job, etc., did she finally go to the media to try to get some help with the issue...
