Oooo, that's a good point. Of course, one could argue Microsoft's going about it all wrong. They could turn replacement media into a *profit center*. Think of how many times a customer/friend/family-member/random-stranger has asked you to fix their computer, and when you ask them for the discs it came with, all you get is a blank stare.
