Well studying up on that right now, probably moving towards it as I tier out my Windows 2008 R2/SQL 2008 R2 and retiring SQL 2000 and collapsing more SQL 2005 accordingly. But straight out with Brain-bandwidth coming up to speed with Windows 2008 R2 ( Miansi's book is a killer, well written and gets to the point on a lot of subjects I had forgotten about long ago)
