What do you mean? All of our agents are deployed via MSI. I know a reboot is needed, but I want to control it, as the script I'm writing has other things to run before I initiate a reboot. Windows XP too.

I need to remove it from a number of our laptops. Normally I'd look in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{GUID} for an uninstall string. I found the GUID and there is no uninstall method listed. I sent a message to Sunbelt Support and the response was: If you have not already stopped it stop the agent service. But it sort of sucks that there is no uninstall I can call with msiexec. Or does anyone else have a different method?
