No prob. I learned early on, accept responsibility for your actions. in this
case, it means I need to admit I goofed. ;-)

Good to hear that it's not an issue with the upgrade, though. J Thanks for
replying here.

Thanks,

Ooops. I didn't realize it until the tech was analyzing the logs and asked
about the IP address. awhile back I moved the Vipre Enterprise console and
server to a different machine because the machine it was on was running out
of disk space. well, I have a shortcut on my desktop to both the old machine
and the new machine one right above the other. and I clicked on the wrong
shortcut. *blush*

User error here this morning. maybe I need another cup of coffee. ;-)

Thanks, Jeff, for keeping an eye on things. it's my bad! J

Thanks. I tried to upgrade the console yesterday, but today it's showing I
still need to update. *shrug* I'll see if I can't find the ticket number. I
appreciate the interest.

John,

This is the first I've heard of it. If you want to off-list
email me your ticket number I'll keep an eye on it for you. ;)

Thanks,

Most of my systems have disappeared from the console and all but two of the
policies have disappeared. On the phone with tech support right now, but I
thought I'd see if anyone else is having issues.
