I can only find the Desktop Bundle on my price list right now which comes with Enterprise and is likely what you'd want anyway (as it bundles CALs in one SKU). I don’t know if you can actually buy non Enterprise outside of retail channels and my airline of choice hasn't yet discovered inflight Internet so I can't look either.
