I don't think so.

It's not supported on any server version and there is no management console for 
MSE.

I suspect that it's simply in MSFT's best interests to give a free antivirus to 
the size of company that probably wouldn't spend money on a/v to start with.

PS: MSE works like a charm on home PCs.  Gone are the days of pointing friends
