I stopped pulling and terminating when I left the brokenring world with cat3. I can kinda sorta terminate 100mbit, but I have never had to tools to verify/qualify, and it's dirty nasty work.
Hire it out - I've got better things to do and I only hire folks who can give me a map and certification list.
