That being said. TCO has many components besides purchase price. You need to consider SLA's and how it fits into your environment. Since you didn't detail your environment (and I'm not asking you to detail it), we can't really opine. If they all do essentially what you need, then you pick the cheapest that meets your requirements. However, there is a lot beyond the essentials that is quite nice and may become quite important as you transition from DAS. Cost per TB is only a small part of the equation.
