We are already on Windows 2008 R2 Dc's now, but I don't think we have raised 
the DFL/FFL yet.  I dunno if we can re-introduce a Win2k3 DC back into the 
Domain now and have the BlackBerry server point to that one if possible.

We started to go down that path until we found out RIM did not support it, and 
numerous hits on Google on problems caused by this config.

On a side rant, how sad is it in 2010 that RIM still recommends WS 2003?  32 
bit no less!
