We hold mandatory IT security awareness training annually. In fact, this week I start going around and giving this year's spiel.
I like the idea of online training to supplement what I do, but I won't be giving up the in-person training. I spend most of my time in my office, so lots of people in my organization can't put a face to the name. The annual training lets me go out in the field and get face-time with everypme, which is really important when trying to build a relationship between IT and users.
