Out of about 30+ remaining WS03 R2 servers, I had 10 hang on shutdown and another 10 that now have the old broken RDP problem after their restart, but are otherwise working fine. Didn't catch the RDP issue until later (as I was looking for hung servers in the server room), so I get to fix it tomorrow by turning RDP off and rebooting them all again and then turning it back on-hooray.
