I've got a user who's having a minor issue with his Outlook 2000 (yes, some folks are still using that ancient version... no money for upgrades yet!) Whenever he goes to close his Outlook, he's got at least one "blank" message in his Outbox, even though Outlook is configured to send emails immediately whenever it's "online" (and it's never "offline" unless he accidentally sets it to "offline.")
Anyone ever seen that issue before and have a solution? I am trying to get everyone upgraded to a more modern version of MS Office, but it's not easy and it's not going to happen tomorrow. :-/ Probably better to take this off-list, so please email me directly.
