I just can't figure out why this is there big banner on their site: "Cross-platform real-time collaboration client optimized for business and organizations" Yet they don't even offer a MSI or Silent Install process to deploy it to the masses. I've started to Google around, but all the solutions are kinda convoluted. How are you deploying IM? Since OpenFire is Jabber/XMPP, are you using a different client other than SPARK? Integrates with our Asterisk system, AD, Website(in testing). We can transfer a phone call from our phone to the chat client and vice versa from anywhere. Features are good, lots of customization. It does take some work to get it going.
