My prior experience with Barracuda's support organization is probably the single greatest reason I'm putting them on the list of vendors to evaluate. Price and ease of use are way up there also, of course.
And speaking of ease of use, in a shop the size of mine, more and more falls under the purview of "IT" every day. Whatever solution we choose has got to be something I can grasp 90% of intuitively and quickly, with the rest coming through minimal formal training and support. The people at Barracuda seem to design their products with that in mind. All that said, it sure would be nice to find at least one person with hands on experience...
