I don't think it is a cache...l think it populates it from the local administrators group.

When I right-click an icon and choose "Run as...", I get 4 accounts listed in a pull-down box. There is one I would like to be there (a new one), and 1-2 I'd like to clear out of there. I've hunted both through the registry (HK_CurrentUser) as well as my profile folders, and I can't seem to find where these might be hidden. Anyone happen to have come across this?
