I cant say for positive, but without the drivers to load for the HBA's
to see the disk on the SAN, I would assume not, and you should probably
be physically destroying the disk on the SAN when its being retired
anyways, either that or the SAN vendor can do that for you ( If you have
an agreement)

Does anyone know if DBAN works with FC HBA's or only with "traditional"
IDE/SATA/SAS controllers?

 

I would test it but the boxes I'll be wanting to boot it on are in use
