Seeing your NH phone number, I recommend that you find people that are originally from out-of-state - preferably from the North. Lots of companies down there (founded by non-Floridians) seek out-of-state employees because the local talent has a much different work ethic that does not mesh well.

Fort Lauderdale has a surprising amount of Bostonians and New Yorkers. My recommendation would be to find them. It may not seem this way to people from other parts of the US.
