Can't stress this point enough.  
Doesn't matter if it's a company machine or company server.  They ONLY
get Memory from the manufacturer.  In this case, Dell.

  Like someone else, I've sometimes had "Dell branded" memory I've
ordered end up being OEM'ed by Kingston.
