I'd laugh, but it just hurts too much :( At least we're down to about a 10% reduction, with a 5% pay cut, a 3% increase in contributions to our retirement, and an increase in benefit premiums. 12 months from now, the 5% pay cut is supposed to go away, but we'll see. It's pretty sad when a decrease in the amount lost seems like a raise...
