Client DNS configuration? Is the client set to use the DCs and only the DCs for name resolution?
Is DNS working correctly? Does "nslookup -type=srv _ldap._tcp.<AD DNS domain name>" <DC> return the same results for both DCs? Event log errors on the DCs?
