Thanks guys I knew I had it wrong. Yes KMS and I am proposing 2008 R2. We do the MAK now I am working on a proposal to use WDS as a stage one and switch to KMS licensing as a stage two. I think with the two of them in place life for the Application and Help Desk staffs would be much easier to deal with.
