Dollars to donuts it's the good 'ol Sysprep-doesn't-reset-the-SUSclientid 
problem posted here a couple of times a year.

A couple of scripts to fix it are linked below, or you can run the steps 
manually.  Make sure to fix each clone when adding them to the network, or you 
will continue to have SUSclientid collisions.

it doesn’t appear that there are any issues, they were syspreped as per MS docs.
WSUS on the other hand will only show one or the other of two wkst’s, when one 
connects the other disappears and it appears?
