The i365 software is primarily focused on backing up file-level (actually, block-level) data to their data centers; they offer compliance and recoverability guarantees as well as their data encryption system. However, they also offer software that can take an image level backup of a machine and they also offer packages that let you mix your own storage in with theirs.
