Are the little blinkie lights still there?

In a worst case scenario, there is a reset button one can hold for several 
seconds to set it back to "factory".  (Note - if any firmware updates have 
been applied, they remain.  Only network settings go.)

Then plug it into a machine via patch cable and try 192.168.1.1.

If that too fails, perhaps someone with a functional connection could 
download the manual and bring that?  (They could also check on firmware 
updates while they're at the web site.)
