Yeah and number 3 will make the other 2 pay and pay and pay until someone
tells the almighty that they have to play by the same rules everyone does
and they get no extra rights.  Trust me I think you are correct but I think
until management has to pay millions of dollars that they will not get from
an insurance company in addition to the bad PR they will get for years
afterward.
