We went with MegaMeeting for our monthly branch office meetings. Their Pro Lite product allows us to have unlimited one-to-many or many-to-many video conferences, and Desktop/Application sharing is an included option. The interface isn't as elegant as WebEx but it's only about $15/month per seat. The system works very well with common webcams - we selected Logitech Quickcam 9000's and they've been solid.
