taskbars on each screen reflecting the apps open on that screen is awfully 
helpful.  Ultramon does it nicely.  multimon was great but is not compatible w/ 
windows 7.  Display fusion is good too but again, not free.

Windows 7 handles multiple monitors very well, IME.
