This could all be solved by the respective parties answering in the first person, and then simply placing their own name at the end. If you have some auto-signature thing at the end that shows both names, then whatever--just put your own name above it. Or don't even do that. I can't speak for everyone on this list, but I am unconcerned whether the message is from Jeffrey or Mary Jane. The third person is distracting and makes me immediately start thinking of the Seinfeld episode. Bill Mayo

Windiff is one of his most used tools for comparing files and directories. Jeffrey also relies heavily on process monitor from sysinternals. Also imgburn is a great tool for creating iso files, and writing them to disks.
