Steve was counting on the engineering group to due their due diligence when
it came to planning the redundancy in the UPS infrastructure.  As a not for
national broadcaster, Steve expects power to be a priority.  Luckily, since
the channel was off air, staff aren't as concerned with getting their work
done as going to grab their Timmy's...
